This notice explains how the Hekima Risk public website handles inquiries. It does not cover the separate Hekima platform or client services.

Information you provide

When you contact us by email or through an available inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organization, and business interests. Please do not include sensitive personal data, confidential asset details, or information about people at risk.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss a demonstration or potential engagement, and maintain related business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Website and delivery services

The website is hosted on Vercel. Resend processes inquiry form messages for delivery. Vercel processes network request information, including IP addresses, to limit repeated requests and protect the form. Our email provider processes correspondence sent to our business inboxes. These providers may process information outside your country.

The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect their services.

Retention and your requests

Inquiries are retained in our business correspondence. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about retention. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain.
